This nice row house with four apartments, all furnished with every comfort, is located at one of the most favoured regions of South Sardinia and it is an ideal place for an active as well as a relaxed vacation. The sandy and soft sloping beach of Santa Margherita is just approx. 800 m away, and in alternative to it you have a swimming pool with a small whirlpool.
The flats have all a spacious and comfortable living area with a comfortable couch, a dining corner and satellite TV with flatscreen. You have an integrated kitchenette with dishwasher, gas and electric cooker plus microwave. Two sleeping rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is air condition in one bedroom and in the living room. Bathroom with shower, WC. Washing machine available. Two large and furnished terraces, partly canopied, invite you to sit and relax. A seperated garden with barbecue, car parks and outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi.
During low season the pool function can be limited.
