Two identical villas, constructed with excellent taste, are situated on a small hillside with Macchia grown land, above the sea coast road. You can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view over the pine forest to the sea. The distance to the white fine grained sandy beach is about 1200 m. A challenging elegance, comfort and spacious interiors are offered by each of the houses on two floors.
A large pool is situated in the middle of the two villas in a way that the guests can either enjoy community or beware privacy. A spacious and rustically equipped living room with open satellite TV and open fireplace, comfortable armchairs and a dinette. Two bedrooms with double bed / single beds. Bath room with shower, WC. Pantry with washing machine. A small wall safe deposit is available. Furnished and covered terrace. At the first floor there are two further bedrooms with double / single beds and air condition. A second bathroom with shower, WC. A large and partly covered terrace, with barbecue. Covered parking lot and outdoor shower.
Minimum stay 7 days. The pool si in function from June to September.
